[Update, December 22] The Countdown Japan 2021 Festival has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Countdown to the new year with this four-day music festival at Makuhari Messe featuring some of Japan’s top musical artists. With performances spanning over five stages, look forward to ringing in the New Year with acts including Bish, Ivy Color, Keytalk, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and many more. DJ performances will also be included over the four days with DJs like Hiroyuki Deguchi, DJ Ichiro Yatsui, DJ Kazu, Hige Driver and more. See the full line-up of artists on the event site.

For protection against coronavirus, masks must be worn at all times, temperature checks will be taken at the door and shouting or speaking loudly inside the venue will be prohibited.
