Time Out says

This tree-shaded cemetery is the final resting place of such notables as John Manjiro (1827-98), the legendary Edo-era link between East and West, in plot 1-2-10-1, and writer Lafcadio Hearn (1850-1904), who is buried in plot 1-1-8-35 under his Japanese name, Koizumi Yakumo. In plot 1-14-1-3 lies Natsume Soseki (1867-1916), one of Japan’s best-loved novelists. Disgraced general Tojo Hideki is in plot 1-1-12-6.
