Shinagawa Kumin Park

Designed to be a place in which to enjoy flowers, recreation, water and greenery, Shinagawa Kumin Park boasts a range of facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, an athletic track, and a large recreational space that includes water fountains and a children’s day camp area.
