Time Out says

This park is located less than two kilometres from both Haijima and Akishima stations. It is a short walk from the Akishima Shiyakusho Mae stop on the Akishima City Hall bus route, but buses are few and far between making access spotty. Inside the park is a wisteria tree designated as a ‘Natural Monument’ by the City of Tokyo. If you are visiting the park it is also worthwhile checking out Showa Kinen Park and Akikawa Farmers Centre, which sells farm produce direct to the public. Both of these are located about 5 km away from Haijima Park.
