'Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat' is a four-part Netflix series exploring the fundamentals of cooking with chef Samin Nosrat. In the second episode, ‘Salt’, Nosrat travels to Japan to explore salt as a raw ingredient and seasoning in Japanese cuisine.
