A portable shrine dominates the centre of this tiny Shibuya club, which aims to create a traditional festival atmosphere within the walls of a very confined space. If that all sounds a little overwhelming, it is, but it's also a lot of fun: at seemingly random intervals the shrine is lowered, hoisted on to the shoulders of staff and willing volunteers, and jostled around to the lively background of chanting and clapping.
