If you're eager to try the latter tipple, also known as 'One Night in Tokyo', make your way down to Omori bar Tenderly, run by the masterful Yuko Miyazaki. She'll recreate our cover cocktail for you with artisanal gin, herb liqueur and real cherry blossom petals.
Although this light and refreshing mixture isn't found on the Tenderly menu, you can ask Miyazaki or one of her lieutenants to make it whenever you like.
