Nihonbashi and Ginza are packed with so-called antenna shops representing even the most obscure of Japan's prefectures, but 'antenna bars' are still not quite as common as we'd like. That's why the arrival of this newcomer is cause for celebration: serving up sake from all 33 breweries in the region between Kyoto and Nagoya, Shiga's Bar also offers musubi rice balls at lunchtime, while nihonshu-compatible snacks take over the menu in the evening. Cups of the good stuff go for as low as ¥300, but you'll do well to start with the four-variety tasting set (¥1,100).
