One of Shinjuku Ni-chome’s favourite LGBTQ-friendly bars has opened a second location in the basement of Shibuya Parco. Unlike its neighbouring restaurants and cafes, you’ll have drag queens dressed in glamorous outfits serving drinks all night. Drinks start at a reasonable price of ¥900 and even include bottled wine and champagne. The mall typically closes at 10pm, but Campy Bar is open until 5am, making it the best spot to wind down after a long night of clubbing.
During the day, the venue goes undercover as Hamanoya Parlor, serving coffee alongside classic café foods like sandwiches and pancakes – you won’t spot any trace of its nocturnal activities.
