This sake specialist is located five minutes' walk from Sangenjaya Station and stocks over 100 varieties of nihonshu, with a focus on seasonal namazake (raw, unpasteurised sake). The food menu also includes over 200 items; in fact, the sake and food on offer change so often that it’s a restaurant that definitely rewards frequent visits. Inside is an L-shaped counter which seats twelve and four tables which seat four each, plus a koagari (raised tatami mat area) with a recessed kotatsu table that can accommodate ten.
