Time Out says

Located just a 10-minute walk away from Shibuya Station, Kitaya Park was renovated in 2021 and turned into a public plaza with freshly planted trees and grass. The park features a two-storey Blue Bottle Coffee outlet, with a balcony overlooking the park on the second floor.

In front of the café, you’ll find a series of benches arranged like stairs, which everyone is welcome to sit on. Even better, the semi-outdoor terrace space beside the café hosts public events, food trucks, markets and workshops.
