Time Out says

Just a few hops away from Sakura-Shinmachi station is the aptly named Sakura Jingu Shrine. This small neighbourhood shrine, which has stood here in its current site for more than a century, features multiple deities, who are worshipped for blessing of good fortunes, good health and disaster prevention. The shrine is most visited towards the end of winter for its early-blooming cherry blossoms.
