Time Out says

Located five minutes away from Tachikawa Station, this food court has ten different restaurants that are open until late. Galera Food Market is run by restaurant operator Yoshitake Yasumura, who owns several eateries in Tokyo including Trattoria e Pizzeria and Mothers.

The first shop you’ll see at the entrance is Tamaya Craftbeer, which was created by local yakitori shop Tamaya and Tachihi Brewery. There are only counter seats here and you can order yakitori from around ¥220 per skewer, and pair it with one of the five beers on tap.

Nearby, Harumaki no New York also serves grilled skewers but with a Chinese twist. You’ll find all sorts of meat skewers simmered in spicy Sichuanese mala soup, as well as harumaki spring rolls that go well with a side of beer, too.

Looking for something South American? Taco Wasa Tokyo Tacos offers authentic tacos wrapped in classic corn tortillas, or the restaurant’s own special Tokyo tortillas. You can’t go wrong with the carnitas filling made with pulled pork simmered in lard, cola and numerous spices to give it a punch. The chef recommends pairing it with a Taco Sour, a mint and lime-based cocktail that will counterbalance the spicy kick you get from the tacos.

If you’re here for an afternoon pick-me-up, you can always grab a latte (¥630) at Galera Press Coffee, made with beans sourced from Sama Paia Farm in Brazil. It goes particularly well with a slice of the basque cheesecake (¥450).

Other restaurants include Himawariya, a popular izakaya from Kichijoji that offers all its sake and meals at a reasonable price of ¥500, bistro-bar Oak, stocked with different kinds of champagne and wine, plus Tachikawa Champon Ebisawa serving up Nagasaki’s regional noodle bowl. Rounding out the list are Nakano’s Vigo Oysterbar, standing sushi shop Atemaki Kijuro, and Nerimon, which serves chicken stock oden.
