Taishi Hirokawa: Fuji Sun

Photographer Taishi Hirokawa's many achievements include shooting the cover for our launch issue back in September 2013, but he's still perhaps best known for his pursuit of man-made landscapes and the impact these have on nature. Hirokawa explores a more straightforward theme at this exhibition, which consists entirely of Mount Fuji shots. Prints and photo books are on sale in the back, while the artist himself will be talking about his work on both August 4 (from 7pm) and 11 (2pm). The talks cost ¥1,000 and require reservations – make one by emailing yoyaku@deska.jp.
