Time Out says

Held annually since 1967, the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition is part of the city's Children's Book Fair and one of the world's top showcases for the genre. For those who couldn't make it to Italy for this year's edition, the Itabashi Art Museum now displays the work of 75 winning artists – including several Japanese contributors – representing the very best of over 3,300 total submissions. There are also special sections highlighting new illustrations by 2016 winner Juan Palomino of Mexico and a selection of around 50 Japanese picture books that can be read and understood even if you don't know the local lingo.
