Bowral is a quaint village at the centre of the Southern Highlands region, just two hours south-west of Sydney's CBD. The town is renowned for its annual Tulip Time floral festival, its well-regarded wine industry and being the hometown of cricketing legend Sir Donald Bradman. If you're not a sports fan, there's also plenty of fine dining and boutique shopping for a well-rounded day trip or weekend escape in the hills.
