Time Out says

WinterBlast European Night Market is set to bring the magic of a European winter and all its dazzling delights with an outdoor wonderland popping up at Macquarie Mall from June 30 until July 2.

The festive activities kick off from 3-9pm daily, when snow will begin to fall and an open air ice rink will open up to both accomplished and novice skaters, with instructors available to help get everyone gliding on the ice. This rink was so popular during last year’s edition that this year it’ll enjoy an extended run until July 16.

All that skating is hungry work, so it’s lucky there’ll be foods from all over Europe available – think Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Germany and more. The crafty among us can keep themselves entertained by colouring babushkas or decorating a Venetian mask. You can even make your own Amsterdam windmill or decorate some French flag cookies.

This three day market is sure to be a blast, tapping into the jovial and excitable mood of a traditional European night market. Come along to Macquarie Mall and enjoy the best that winter has to offer!
