[title]The extraordinary hub of Sydney Festival in January is set to be the Meriton Festival Village in Hyde Park North – featuring a fun park filled with wild, wonderful and bizarre attractions.
Cool off in the Village Pools in between Spiegeltent shows and explore the attractions at the new Village Sideshow, from the virtual reality Ghost Train to the Karaoke Carousel. Headlining the Spiegeltent’s program of shows is the outrageous Riot, starring Irish drag queen Panti Bliss, deploying circus, cabaret, dance and music to deliver a powerful message.
Time Out and Sydney Festival have five VIP packages to give away that include all of the above, plus a Festival Feast. On Friday, January 5 from 5.45pm, each winner and their accompanying guest will receive:
- Two-course dinner plus glass of wine for two at Chefs Gallery Town Hall, hosted by Time Out
- Two tickets for Riot
- Following the show, unlimited priority access to Village Sideshow attractions till close
