Across your three-day foodie sleepover, you’ll indulge in culinary experiences from each of Crystalbrook Kingsley’s three bars and restaurants. Start your days with a full buffet breakfast at Roundhouse, where you’ll watch the sun rise over Newcastle harbour while the chef cooks your eggs to order. Enjoy an indulgent High Tea at Ms Mary, with sweets from famed Icky Sticky Patisserie and bubbles from First Creek Wines. Finally, make your way up to the rooftop bar, Romberg’s for an Amalfi coast-inspired long lunch, where you can take in a panoramic view of the city while enjoying a four-course Italian feast with bottomless spritz.
