If you’re back to work and already missing your glorious summer break, we’ve got a fun sun-soaked party for you to shimmy on down to (and keep the good times rolling). Come Friday night, Bondi Pavilion’s rooftop transforms into a tequila party – for the whole weekend. Featuring local Bondi DJs playing non-stop hits, ice-cold Margaritas, Mexican-inspired snacks and prime views of Bondi Beach, the Upstairs x Glory Days pop-up is channelling beach club vibes (minus the tackiness) and will be happening for the rest of summer.
Kick off the day with Patrón Margaritas and other sunset-hued cocktails like the Mezcal Paloma with Patrón silver tequila, mezcal, lime and grapefruit soda; and the Pineapple and Tamarind Sangrita with a hint of Tajin, a Mexican spice mix. And if you’ve got the cash to splash, you can also taste Patrón’s newest tipple, the world’s first quadruple distilled tequila, Patrón El Cielo.
Snack wise, get your hands on Sydney rock oysters with a jalapeño mignonette; corn chips and guac; and tuna tostadas with slices of fresh tuna, chipotle aioli, avocado, jalapeño, and a zesty citrus ponzu.
Keen to party? The Upstairs x Glory Days pop-up is found on level one of Bondi Pavilion, upstairs from beachfront café Glory Days. You can make a booking for you and your mates here.
