Tasting India with Christine Manfield

Dining around Sydney in the days of Universal was a great time to eat. Since closing her restaurant, chef Christine Manfield has been keeping busy, including completing a second edition of her famous 2011 guide to Indian cuisine, Tasting India. In celebration of the fresh new Tasting India, due out in November 2018, the celebrated chef is hosting a series of book launch dinners where you can try some of the heirloom recipes from the book, ask questions and take home a signed copy for your collection. In Sydney the dinner will be hosted at five-star Sri Lankan diner, Lankan Filling Station. Tickets are $150 and include food, a drink on arrival and a copy of Tasting India.
