[title]Wine Heroes is Sydney’s newest and biggest annual wine show, set to bring wine country and the intimate cellar door experience to the big city.
Hitting Barangaroo’s new Harbour foreshore playground over one weekend in October, Wine Heroes allows wine lovers to meet and greet with local and national winemakers, taste and buy drops from regional precincts and try fresh paddock-to-plate produce.
This relaxed and intimate three-day event also includes master classes. Attendees can pair cheese and wine with the Hunter Valley’s Two Fat Blokes, match wine with local oysters thanks to the Sydney Oyster Girls, and partake in celebrity masterclasses with the likes of Karen Martini, Jeremy Oliver and Tyson Stelzer.
For an all-out experience, there’s the Riedel VIP Area ticket, which scores you nibbles and drinks like Champagne and oysters, cheese and wine matching, celebrity meet and greets and a premium Riedel wine glass with a deluxe goodie bag.
