KPMG Australia Sail Grand Prix Sydney

The world’s fastest sail racing championship is returning to Sydney Harbour in February, promising the ultimate summer’s day out. Olympic champion Tom Slingsby and Team Australia will be battling for back-to-back victories on home soil against rival nations, so whip out your sunglasses and get ready to cheer. Not familiar with the epic championship? SailGP is one of the world’s most exhilarating races on-water, which sees sailing teams from all around the world compete across 13 multiple grand prixs hosted in different countries.  This year’s KPMG Australia Sail Grand Prix will hit Sydney Harbour on Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9. There are a bunch of ways you can experience the excitement – both on and off the water – with one of the world’s most beautiful harbours as the backdrop.  Kick off the weekend with a Dockside ticket for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look on Friday, February 7. Enjoy live DJ sets, a line-up of food trucks and a container bar all the while watching as the flying F50s are craned out of the water.  Get front row seats on Shark Island in the middle of the race course where you’ll be so close to the action you could almost touch it.
