This free family Christmas concert has all the festive trimmings you could ask for: carols, elves, music, food, fireworks and an appearance from Santa himself. There’ll also be a chorus of the kids’ favourite entertainers performing, including Jimmy Giggle, Justine Clarke, the Listies, SplashDance and characters from Sesame Street.
Beyond the bright lights of the stage, there’ll be arts and craft activities, games of giant Jenga and table tennis tournaments with Santa’s elves. While there’ll be food trucks and coffee carts keeping everyone in high spirits, you can also bring your own picnic to set up on the lawn at Surry Hills’ Alfred Park.
And since we’re catching up with the big red and green day, there’ll be $5 gift stockings for sale, with all the proceeds going to Surf Life Saving NSW.
