NSW’s biggest independent arts fest is back for another sensational season this September with a brand new playground of libations and laughs. As Sydney Fringe Festival’s hottest entertainment precinct, Spiegeltent Festival Garden will host some of this year’s most spectacular events including five-star musical comedy The Marvellous Elephant Man the Musical, ancient Greek ‘bodyssey’ Godz, and family-friendly A Pocket Sized Circus.
You can experience the vibrant pulse of Fringe energy at the Entertainment Quarter where this lively hub will pop up from August 31 to October 1. Under an enchanting canopy of fairy lights, the Spiegeltent Festival Garden offers all the street food, curated cocktails and artisan beers you need to kickstart or kick on your night. Best of all, entry to the beer garden is free for all, making it a must-visit spot whether you're there for a show or just passing by.
Fringe fans can secure tickets to a spectacular line-up of events at Spiegeltent Festival Garden, including the festival's headline show and hot new musical comedy The Marvellous Elephant Man the Musical. Other program highlights include the gravity-defying ancient Greek circus Godz; adults-only variety show Crème de la Crème; mythological comedian Garry Starr Greece Lightning; risqué acrobatic show Moist; and comedic parody Titanic: The Movie, The Play.
Kids can experience the wonder of the Spiegeltent Festival Gardens too with an exciting line-up of family-friendly shows. Join the fun with the hilarious slapstick comedy and circus extravaganza, Prehysterical; be amazed by the award-winning A Pocket-Sized Circus; and dance your hearts out at the high-energy disco party, Monski Mouse's Baby Disco Dance Hall.
Spiegeltent Festival Garden is open Tuesday through Friday from 5-11pm, Saturday from 11am to 11pm, and Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
