Time Out says

What can be better than perfectly spiced meat shrouded in a flakey, buttery jacket of pastry? Sausage rolls hold a special place of affection in the hearts of many Australians.

The team at farm-to-table community hub Acre Eatery are stepping things up a notch from the humble party pack varieties you’d find in the freezer section at your local supermarket, by teaching the lost art of making (and eating) a classic sausage roll worthy of a country picnic.

In this 90-minute interactive masterclass, you’ll learn the secrets of becoming a bonafide sausage roll whisperer, and of course, there’s a taste test complete with homemade sauces.
