The youngest entrant in our 40 under 40 has started working across pattern design, inspired by colour and scientific imagery. At the moment she has her sights set on completing major works for her HSC, and is pulling together a gallery show: “I think it will help me work under pressure.”
Ruby Rose’s future hopes for Sydney: “It feels [like we’re at] a make-or-break stage in Sydney with all lockout laws. We’re going through a rough patch now, but I think we will come out of it with more understanding.”
