In honour of World Vegan Month, Holey Moley’s recently opened North Strathfield branch is going cruelty-free for the whole of November, giving you the chance to putt your stuff around a super kitschy mini-golf course for free when you order from their plant-based menu.
While the kings of pop-culture inspired mini-golf already offer vegan-friendly options across their Sydney venues – which also include the former Newtown Social Club site on King Street and one in the heart of Potts Point – this special feature menu steps things up a notch.
The new eats include options to appeal to everyone from full-time vegans to flexitarians and meat reducers. There's a mean and green burger with a vividly verdant bun and a Hungry Planet plant-based patty, a beetroot-based pizza with vegan chicken and guacamole, and sweet potato fries with vegan mayonnaise.
The vegan cocktail menu will keep gin-lovers happy with the Lemon Slice: a Tanqueray gin infusion with fresh lemon and pineapple juice. Or why not try the Ginners R Winners with elderflower liqueur and fresh cucumber. There’s also a zingy Kaffir Lime Margarita or an Espresso Martini to wake you up for a round on the green.
Every purchase from the plant-powered feature menu earns you free entry to putt your way around one of the two nine-hole mini-golf courses until November 30. On the way, you’ll come across puns aplenty, plus Insta-worthy photo ops like Holey Moley’s tribute to Forrest Gump and its take on GoT, ‘The Nine Iron Throne’.
