Last year Nike Australia abandoned its popular She Runs the Night events for a one-day training session at Carriageworks – and it was huge. This year they’re building on that group training vibe and they’re taking over Darling Island Wharf in Pyrmont to run seven hours of intense exercise.
The seven-hour event is expected to draw 2,500 women together to train with coaches like Kirsty Godso. There’ll be boxing sessions, bootcamp drills, running, spin and pilates classes and dance workshops to help you work up a sweat.
It’s designed to get you out of your comfort zone and to have fun with fitness; however, there are plenty of extras to reward yourself with, such as massage stations, a nail bar and shopping (for Nike products).
Anyone aged 16 or older can register, and there’s a seven-week fitness program for all attendees to help you get into the zone. Registration is open now.
