For the bougiest New Years Day celebration in Sydney, Icebergs will be throwing a day-party fit for the most discerning punters from their cliff-top location overlooking Bondi Beach and the Pacific Ocean. You’ll be seeing UFOs with Aussie electronic duo Sneaky Sound System leading an international music lineup including Goddollars (USA), the founder and resident DJ of pansexual party parlour A Club Called Rhonda (LA); Lunar Disco (France/AUS); and the head of legendary house label Cru2 Records, Mark Brown (UK). Tickets to this exclusive event are not a given, you must register your interest in a ballot and if you make it through, individual entry will set you back a cool $450. However that all-inclusive ticket does include free-flowing Perrier Jouet Champagne and signature drinks from the Icebergs menu along with canapes (think oysters with lemon myrtle jelly and crispy fish sandwiches) and a mini signature ‘Iceburger’ to hit the road with.
