Ah, delicious Haymarket – home to the walk-through supermarket and food court that is Chinatown and home to many a mega-musical, the Capitol Theatre. The suburb which stretches from Railway Square to Darling Harbour also counts amongst its sites the soon-to-be-demolished Entertainment Centre, the start of Sydney's only light rail line and the Golden Water Mouth Tree, installed in 1999.
