Calling all grown-up Disney fans, musical maniacs, and queen Elsa devotees – this one’s for you. Cork and Canvas is getting amongst the magic of Frozen the Musical’s arrival on the Sydney stage, with special sip and paint classes where you can whip up a painting of a scene from the blockbuster Broadway show.
Sign up to paint a scintillating portrait of Elsa with her signature braid and sparkling pale blue dress, or Elsa’s magnificent ice castle. The classes are soundtracked by the music of Frozen, so you can hum along to Olaf’s delightfully naive ‘In Summer’ or use your wine bottle as a microphone as you belt it out to ‘Let it Go’ as you create some icy magic with your paintbrush. They’ll supply all the art materials and artistic guidance, you just need to bring the wine (or beverage of your choice) and snacks.
You can sign up to Frozen the Musical Art Classes at Cork and Canvas’ Darlinghurst and Crows Nest studios. Tickets are $60 and you can get yours here.
