The Cambridge Markets have become a bit of a Sydney powerhouse, opening seasonal and regular pop-up markets around the city. Their newest venture, Freshie Produce Market, is hitting the Northern Beaches in May, and bringing with it a bounty of local produce and locally crafted goods.
They’re aiming to set up 50 stalls at the Oliver Street car park in Freshwater, with stallholders offering all your favourite grow-in-the-ground goods plus cheeses, chocolates, baked goods, and the freshest cuts from butches and fishmongers. There’ll also be a contingent of makers selling jewellery, homewares, fashion, beauty products, ceramics, pet accessories and more.
You’ll need sustenance to shop properly, so they’re also bringing in some pop-up kitchens serving hot food and caffeine-focused coffee carts.
