As the Member for Kogarah and the Shadow Minister for Water, Minns is responsible
for looking after the long and short term water policies for the driest continent on Earth.
Chris’s future hopes for Sydney: “My electorate has the highest percentage of Chinese population in the country – our future is really with Asia. We have to come to terms with that, by integrating Mandarin to our language courses and public schools.”
