Time Out says

While some artists are all about the pure, practiced form of creation, the colourful folks at Brush and Sip studio want you to get a little more wild with art. In their laid-back classes, they’re inviting you to crack a beer, pour a glass of wine and just give painting a red hot try.

It’s BYO on the booze and snacks front, but the studio will provide all the other necessities: canvases, brushes, paint and a patient instructor to guide you step-by-step through creating an artwork you’ll be proud of. The scenes you’ll bring to life will vary from everyday objects and scenes to famous landmarks like the Sydney Harbour Bridge and works from the greats like Picasso.

You can join a public session on Friday or Saturday from 7pm, or the Sunday arvo class at 3pm. Want to throw a paint party? You can book out the studio for private functions Sunday to Thursday.
