BBQ Food Fest

For only $5 ($1 of which goes to Hills Charitable Trust), you can take part in the gigantic two-day festival dedicated to meat and fire at the Australian Hotel and Brewery in Rouse Hill. Food trucks will be serving up smoky snacks and there'll be local craft beer for the drinking. Plus, kids can enjoy themselves with face-painting and showbags, and there'll be rides available for those little daredevils in the making. Over the weekend, 35 BBQ teams will compete against each other for the chance to win $40,000.
