Time Out says

This obstacle course asks runners to face off against giant inflatable water slides, bouncy castles, mud pits, cargo climbs and a seemingly never-ending sea of foam. It’s the second round of the sudsy race, which made its way from Canada to Sydney’s shore last summer. The first race was a winner in Sydney, and once again there will be two days of bubbly fun happening in December

More than 30,000 runners climbed their way across the 22 obstacles and through walls of foam at the events around Australia last year, so expect some seriously soapy competition. All that slippery fun will also raise funds for the event's partner charity, Make-A-Wish Australia, which improves the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses through transformative experiences.

There'll be extra madness on the agenda this year, with a dedicated race DJ, on-site beer garden and food and drink vendours giving the event a real party vibe. The course can get a little rowdy, so only tykes over eight can participate, although there’s a gentle (and free) fun zone where younger kids can let loose.
