Time Out says

Wander down to the Rocks from Friday to Sunday and you’ll find a village of market stalls stretching from George Street to Playfair Street and Jack Mundey Place selling arts and crafts, locally manufactured clothing, handmade jewellery and other gifts and trinkets. For Lunar New Year, they’re ramping it up a notch with 30 special stalls setting up under red lantern light and kicking on until 10pm each evening.

In addition to the regular stallholders, you’ll find a caravan of extra food options, from Mr Bao’s pillowy steamed buns and Taiwanese street food to special lychee and green tea ice cream bars by Merry Pops and all the expertly steamed packages from Let’s Do Yum Cha. Also keep an eye out for lion dancers winding through the lane every afternoon.
