Yellow has long been famous as the city's pre-eminent vegetarian fine diner, but in celebration of World Vegetarian Day on October 1 they're upping the ante by inviting all four of the Bentley Group's head chefs into the one kitchen to join Brent Savage in designing a one-off menu showcasing spring vegetables. Savage will be joined by Aiden Stevens from Bentley Restaurant, Ben Parkinson from Monopole, Sander Nooij from Yellow and Chris Benedet from Cirrus. Each chef will create one course and the winner is you, the diners who get four incredible restaurant's worth of talent in one multi-course dinner for $110 a head.
