Do you love cuisine that uses Australian native ingredients?
On Wednesday September 5, Endeavour Tap Rooms, the premium brew and smokehouse in the Rocks, are opening up their rooms to the Great Australian Graze, an exciting celebration of native flavours, and Time Out readers have the chance to experience it for free before the general public does.
At the event you’ll roam through four rooms, each with a different food and drink sample inspired by Australian native ingredients. The journey will be a complete sensory experience, like being in the Northern Australian bush harvesting wattle seed, or in the tropical woodlands of east Arnhem Land picking Kakadu plums from the tree. After discovering all the rooms, guests will journey to the Endeavour Brew Bar and Courtyard where there will be live music and more food and drinks available for purchase.
Time Out’s exclusive sneak peek of the Great Australian Graze takes place at an early 5.30-6.30pm preview prior to the ticketed event sessions. Your experience will include a free ticket to the sneak peek session including all four food and drink samples, a complimentary gift bag to take home as well as a complimentary drink in the Brew Bar.
To win, simply sign up to Time Out’s newsletter before August 31. Already a subscriber? Sign up again for your chance to win – and we won’t send you multiple newsletters, because your inbox is full enough already.
The Great Australian Graze is just one of many events being held in the Rocks throughout September showcasing native flavours with dishes, desserts, cocktails, cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and markets.
