It’s built up a reputation for its Instagram-worthy desserts, which are invariably topped with pashmak (that colourful Persian fairy floss you see in the shops but can never afford). Think bright green pistachios, alongside vibrant red fruits and Turkish delight topping crisp meringue. With double cream. And ice cream. Even the Barbie pink rosewater milkshake is bling’d up with pashmak. It’s just that sort of place.
