Things have been a little quiet on the Lower North Shore dining front of late, but now Thiq is seeking to change this. The Grosvenor bar and kitchen specialises in New York deli style food – so think in house made pastrami burgers, Jerusalem bagels and fried chicken with slaw. The head chef used to steer the kitchen at Devon and Lucky Suzie, so expect jazzed up brunches too. They also have a very extensive build-your-own charcuterie menu, with wild boar, house cured salmon and octopus salami (also who knew the tentacle-laden sea critter could be made into a cured snack?).
They are shaking things up with cocktails backed by a disco soundtrack. There aren't too many places around Neutral Bay where you can sip on top shelf spirits whilst grooving along to Donna Summer, so we're all for it.
