Time Out says

A gorgeous sundrenched restaurant complete with its own kitchen garden has opened its doors in Artarmon in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Inspired by nature with a focus on sustainability, the Glasshouse Artarmon offers a glimpse into country life for guests with a farm-to-table dining experience.

Herbs and leafy greens are grown in the kitchen’s own garden and used throughout the menu, and whatever produce is not grown on site is sourced from local farms that practice nature-based farming techniques (think chemical free and building soils via composting, worm farming and working with organic matter).

It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and naturally vegetables and premium produce are the stars of the fresh and homestyle menu that features pizza, pastas, larger share plates and gelato.

As the sun begins to set, pull up a seat and have a glass of wine at the bar. All the wines come with a sustainability rating, so you know exactly how much care has gone into each drop.

A lush and bright oasis with verdant plants everywhere you look, the Glasshouse can host up to 800 guests, so it’s the ideal spot to host your next party or special occasion.

Keep an eye out on the website as the team has a stack of great experiences in the works including long table lunches, dining events, bespoke gin tastings, kids’ programs and more.
