This George Street bakery boasts 58 different breads, from a Japanese fish baguette to one they call Choc-Strawberry Heaven. Sweetbreads like the Choc-nana combine ingredients like banana, Belgium chocolate and Guinness beer, but it’s no easy process - it takes the bakers nine days to make the dough.
