The Boathouse Balmoral

This café housed within the Balmoral boatshed serves ultra fresh breakfast bowls, huge iced coffees and big banana smoothies in the AM. By lunch things switch gear into Champagne and seafood mode – order up a bottle of Bollinger and fresh platter packed with Sydney rock oysters, tuna crackers, smoked trout, tiger prawns and snapper ceviche. While the food is a drawcard the Boathouse's views and schmick interiors are also pretty darn special, with panoramic water views and lofty beach house furnishings. You'll also find fresh flowers (which you can purchase to take home), festoon lights and copies of the Boathouse group's very own magazine.
