Time Out says

This Taiwanese canteen located within Westfield Sydney will be firing up traditional style  braised beef noodle soup. Taking its name from the number of ingredients used with in its soup's base (there's 23 different herbs and spices), the beef dish is cooked for more than eight hours, resulting in a rich stock. The signature dish will come in in five different styles – with variations including slow braised beef flank and shank, spicy garlic and honeycomb tripe – and comes topped with fresh spring onions, hand rolled noodles and leafy bok choy. Inspired by the street food outlets of Taiwan, SooZee23 will also dish out siu mai, fried rice, barbecue pork buns and chicken soup.
