If there's one thing our city loves it's the word "bottomless" thrown in a sentence. Even moreso if it's followed by the other Sydneysider catnip word: "brunch". The Cauliflower Hotel knows what's up with their competitive offering of on-arrival snacks, bottomless Aperol Spritzes, bubbles and delicious mains all in their rooftop cocktail bar 'The Forgotten Cask', replete with its own sunny garden terrace. Move over boring bottomless brunches, there's a new weekend winner in town.

Book in a group of four to ten mates and you'll be met with a delightful spring menu with accompanying bottomless drinks. Quieten those stomach grumbles with immediate serves of Turkish bread with zingy romesco, tzatziki and hummus when you sit down. Then you're off to the races with two hours of unadulterated bliss with serves of house-marinated olives, flash-fried calamari with chilli lime sauce and a wombok and herb salad or a beetroot tartlet with goats cheese, caramelised onion, a balsamic glaze and rocket. For mains you can enjoy battered flathead tacos with tomato salsa and tartare, prawn and chorizo linguine with shaved parmesan and fresh chilli or grilled chicken breast with cauliflower puree, baby heirloom carrots, broccolini and mushroom sauce. You'll also get to celebrate the sweet taste of weekend freedom with a dessert round of three ice cream flavours. All of this will be accompanied by bottomless Aperol Spritzes, prosecco, French rosé, beers and more.

The Cauliflower Hotel's bottomless brunch could be all yours for just $79pp. It's happening every Saturday and Sunday with sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. The brunch package gives you two hours of grazing in the rooftop cocktail bar and terrace garden with those aforementioned winner bottomless Aperol Spritzes. Book you and your mates in here
