Vietnamese cuisine is getting a fresh, modern makeover at Satio Casual Eatery. With an emphasis on simple and fresh produce, the culinary team create dishes that make a nod to their heritage while also creating complex, new and exciting flavours.
Satio Casual Eatery takes traditional Vietnamese, Pacific Island and South East Asian dishes and jazz them up with some Satio style. Think green tea smoked duck, Satio spiced chicken or pork belly sliders, wok-seared shaken beef, and roll-your-own rice paper rolls with chicken, lemongrass pork or beef.
Owner Jackie Fong began her culinary career in Ho Chi Minh City, where she learned her craft from her mother, cooking at their family eatery located in the bustling Ben Thanh Markets. Since moving to Sydney a decade ago Fong worked in the beauty industry and now has returned to her family roots, opening Satio Casual Eatery.
