Time Out says

After a smash-hit success pop-up in 2020, the dough purveyors of Salt Beef Beigel are back for another round.

Hailing from London's famous Brick Lane, freshly filled salt beef bagels are the late night snack of choice for the city’s clubbers, pubbers and taxi drivers. Not familiar? Think moist, slow-cooked, cured salt beef (or ‘corned beef’, or ‘silverside’) carved from the slab and layered onto a boiled then baked bagel with zesty mustard and pickles.

Now, you can get your very own on Stanley Street in Darlinghurst, at Miami Vice-insipred bar, Stanley's. Head over for tropicana vibes, dense, stuffed bagels and a cocktail or two.

The pop-up runs for one weekend from May 14-16. It's dine-in only, so make sure you book your spot in here
