Time Out says

A fourth iteration of popular Rocks destination eatery Saké has staked its claim on Double Bay's resurgent restaurant scene. Park it at one of the 120 indoor seats or shoot (and catch) the breeze on the outdoor terrace. If you’re keen for dinner and a show, take a seat at the sushi counter and watch the masters do their thing on the white-hot, 500-degree charcoals at the custom-made Robata grill. Whatever you do, don’t leave without catching a glimpse of the highly dramatic dragon egg dessert – an ovum-shaped chocolate creation that arrives in a dramatic flourish, with white smoke billowing over the sides of the plate.

Saké gives the option of grabbing traditional and modern creations off the menu or having a bespoke dish crafted specifically for you. If you’re feeling a tad boozy go for the traditional food pairings and if you're there on a weekend, stick around for the DJs who spin tunes every Friday and Saturday night.
